iOS developers decided to start making money with search. Apple plans to introduce contextual advertising in the App Store.
This is reported by Bloomberg with reference to its own sources familiar with these plans. It is assumed that the new advertising format will work by analogy with the one that currently functions in Google Play. As part of the latter, developers can display their applications above the search results by paying a certain amount. For example, as our colleagues write, a game developer can, for money, make his application appear over the issuance of specific keys, such as “football game”, “word game” or “casino”.
