Yesterday, June 26, Apple revealed a new category in its mobile app store – Best New Updates (“Best Game Updates” in the Russian App Store).
Previously, we often faced a situation when not the newest applications got into the “Best New Games” in the App Store. This caused a fair annoyance to many developers whose projects were denied promotion in favor of old hits that received significant updates.
Now, apparently, the situation will seriously change. As far as can be judged, there are no familiar hits in the current selection of the “Best New” ones (although old games are still present):
