The Android operating system has outpaced Windows in terms of Internet usage, becoming the market leader.

This means that more Internet pages are viewed from Android than from any other OS (we are not talking about the size of the audience).

Google’s operating system has a market share of 37.93%, Windows – 37.91%. iOS has only 13.09%, and OS X has 5.2% at all.

However, the distribution strongly depends both on whether all platforms are taken into account, and on the region. For example, among desktop operating systems, the Windows platform is still the undisputed leader. It accounts for 84% of Internet traffic. In the USA, iOS is more popular than Android.
