According to the Fedresource database, in total, "Yandex" purchased five trademarks: "Igromir," "Игро мир," "Комиккон," "COMICCON," and "Comic Con." The company paid a total of 41.2 million rubles for them.

In a comment to the newspaper "Kommersant," representatives of "Yandex" stated that the company also acquired the domain Comiccon.ru. They did not disclose the cost of the domain.

According to company representatives, "Yandex" plans to revive the exhibitions and hold them in the fall of 2025. Currently, it is considering the program and preparing for negotiations with "content creators, holdings, and sponsors."

The last time "Igromir" and Comic Con Russia took place was in 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, organizers had to move the exhibitions online, and in 2021, the events were canceled altogether. In 2022, "KRI" initiated bankruptcy proceedings, which are still ongoing.
