Whiteout Survival is a mobile 4X strategy game developed by China's Century Games. It was released in February 2023. Recently, the game reached a milestone of $1 billion in gross revenue, according to a report from the analytics company Sensor Tower.

According to analysts, only two games released in 2023 surpassed the $1 billion mark on mobile devices faster than Whiteout Survival — MONOPOLY GO! and Honkai: Star Rail.
Meanwhile, Sensor Tower notes, Whiteout Survival had a very modest start. In its debut month, the game earned just over $1 million. However, its monthly revenue steadily grew, reaching a peak of $100 million in June 2024. Analysts expect that the total for July will be even higher. Sensor Tower believes the game achieved such results thanks to its innovative approach to the 4X strategy genre, inspired by casual and hyper-casual games.
The primary market for Whiteout Survival is the USA, where it generated 35% of its revenue. Other top-grossing markets include South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan.
