The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation has issued another recommendation for IT specialists who have the right to delay partial mobilization.
According to the agency, if an IT specialist has been refused a postponement, he must collect documents signed with an enhanced qualified electronic signature of the CEO of the employer company. These documents must be sent to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation at help@digital.gov.ru . The Ministry will process them and hand them over to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation itself.
