Ubisoft is closing a store on the Chinese Tmal l platform, where it sold merchandise and other paraphernalia for its games. It will stop working on June 7.

Ubisoft explained the decision as a “strategic business adjustment.” She added that the merchandise will be sold in China even after Ubisoft Tmall closes, but already through the stores of its partners.

Recall that in January Ubisoft announced plans to reduce operating costs by € 200 million over two years and get rid of a number of non-core assets. It has also restructured several divisions in Europe.
