The UK government has announced that it will transfer £5 million to the UK Games Fund. The Foundation provides grants to British gaming startups and helps to attract additional funding.

Now the UK Games Fund has £13.5 million at its disposal, which it will spend on supporting developers for two years.

The authorities have allocated £5 million to the fund as part of a program to support the country’s creative industries: music, cinema and others. In total, the government will invest £77 million in them.
