Analysts from Niko Partners predict rapid growth in the gaming market of the MENA-3 region (Saudi Arabia, UAE and Egypt). It is estimated that in five years its revenue will increase by 56% at once.
In 2022, the revenue of the MENA-3 gaming market amounted to $1.8 billion, in 2026 it will reach $2.8 billion.
The main factors of revenue growth will be the interest of local gamers in mobile games, the development of esports, as well as the growth of public and private investment in the industry.
The number of gamers will also grow — from 67.4 million people in 2022 to 87.9 million people in 2026.
Saudi Arabia is the largest money market in the region, Egypt is the largest in terms of the number of gamers, and the UAE is the largest in terms of ARPU.
