The head of the Ministry, Maksut Shadaev, said that the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation is considering the terms of the program that will help “remove fears and fears” of IT specialists who have left the country.
Shadaev noted that there is no question of “economic conditions” in this situation. According to the minister, the main thing now is to make it clear to employees of IT companies that they have nothing to fear in Russia.
It is not known exactly how many IT specialists have gone abroad since February. According to RAEC estimates, by the end of April, the number of those who left could reach 120-170 thousand people. In September, Nikolay Komlev, executive director of APKIT, predicted that due to partial mobilization, two to three times more “IT specialists” could leave the country than in the spring.
