This was stated by the head of the department Maksut Shadaev in an interview with the RBC TV channel. He explained that mostly those IT specialists who “left on emotions” and could not find a job quickly returned.
Shadaev also pointed out that about half of those who remain abroad continue to work for Russian companies.
A month ago, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin announced the return of 85% of IT specialists who have left the country since the end of February.
