This was announced by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. He clarified that only employees of accredited IT companies will be able to take out such a mortgage. The maximum loan amount in the million-plus regions will be 18 million rubles, in other regions — 9 million rubles.
As officials expect, by the end of 2024, 50 thousand IT specialists will take a preferential mortgage for a total of 240 billion rubles.
