The US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) wants to know more about the 10-year agreements that Microsoft has concluded with Nintendo, NVIDIA and other companies.

In a statement filed with the court, the agency indicated that Microsoft expects to use these agreements to push the court to approve the purchase of Activision Blizzard. However, the corporation had previously refused to provide the FTC with all information about the transactions. According to the FTC, the court should oblige Microsoft to disclose the details of the transactions or prohibit their use during the hearings.

In addition, the FTC demanded that Microsoft provide all documents related to exclusive deals with ZeniMax and Activision Blizzard. As well as documents related to a certain “next-generation gaming ecosystem”.
