For the second time in a month, the European regulator has pushed back the date by which it should make a final decision on the deal between Microsoft and Activision Blizzard.

The European Commission explained that it postponed the deadline to May 22 after it received documents from Microsoft. In them, the corporation listed the obligations that it is ready to assume in order to mitigate the possible negative impact of the transaction on the gaming industry. The European Commission did not specify which specific obligations are mentioned in the documents.

Recall that in early March, the European Commission announced that it would make a decision by April 25.
