300 testers from the ZeniMax Media concern followed in the footsteps of Activision Blizzard employees and a number of other gaming companies. They started voting for the creation of their own trade union. If everything goes well, the ZeniMax Media union will become the first in Microsoft and the largest in the gaming industry.
It is reported that Microsoft is ready to voluntarily recognize the union if the majority of employees vote for its creation.
