There has been a decline in mobile. User spending on mobile games fell by 6.6% year-on-year. If by the end of January-June last year they amounted to $44.1 billion, then for the same period this year they reached $41.2 billion.

Google Play is responsible for the main decline. Spending on games on this platform fell by 14.8% (from $18.3 billion to $15.6 billion), while on iOS by only 0.8% (from $25.8 billion to $25.6 billion).

Analysts believe that there are two key reasons for the fall. Firstly, the market is rolling back to doc-like indicators. Secondly, the entire world economy is going through bad times right now.
