The publisher, Hooded Horse, and the studio Overhype Studios shared initial data on the number of MENACE copies sold in the Steam news center.

It's worth noting that 250,000 copies represent the actual game sales. MENACE has been available on Game Pass since its release, so its overall audience should be even larger, although it is not disclosed exactly how many people have tried the game.
In celebration of reaching this milestone, the creators of MENACE released a major update. It added two new missions, additional 3D weapon models, and a lot of other content to the game.
MENACE is a turn-based tactical role-playing game set in a futuristic setting. In it, players manage a squad of marines, mercenaries, and mechs fighting against aliens.
MENACE launched in early access on PC on February 5, 2026. A full release is expected around a year later.
