The government of the Russian Federation announced that starting from 2023, the RuStore app store will be mandatory pre-installed on devices sold in Russia. It got into the list of required programs instead of the APP List.
“This will allow Russian users to have uninterrupted access to demanded digital services and services in conditions of external restrictions,” the government noted.
