Apple has seriously revised its sales plan for the Vision Pro AR headset, analyst Ayesha Tariq reports, citing an industry insider. It has become 6.6 times smaller.

According to Tarik, initially the corporation expected to sell a million copies of Vision Pro, but then changed the plan twice. First she reduced it to 300 thousand, and then to 150 thousand. The analyst did not explain how long Apple plans to sell such a number of headsets, but perhaps we are talking about sales for the first year.

The figure of 150 thousand copies coincides with the forecast given by the investment company Wedbush Securities. Bank of America analysts are more optimistic. According to their forecast, Apple will be able to sell 1.5 million headsets in the first year.
