SEGA has completed the purchase of the Finnish company Rovio, which created the Angry Birds series of games. The deal cost SEGA €706 million.

Four months have passed since the announcement of the deal. At first, the media assumed that SEGA would pay $ 1 billion for developers (about € 919 million at the current exchange rate), but the companies eventually called a smaller amount.

So far, the news of the completion of the transaction has not affected the value of SEGA and Rovio shares.
