The Japanese company SEGA has made an offer to buy the creators of Angry Birds for € 706 million ($ 775.8 million). Earlier, the media reported that she was ready to pay $1 billion for Rovio.

The terms of the deal are as follows: SEGA will pay €9.25 for each share (this is +19% to the value of Rovio shares on Friday) and €1.48 euros for each option.

Rovio’s board of Directors supported the deal and recommended shareholders to vote for it.
