Microsoft continues to claim that Sony pays developers for refusing to release games as part of third-party subscriptions. In a report for the British antitrust regulator, the corporation told about a possible deal between Sony and Activision Blizzard.

Microsoft made a similar statement in August in a report to the regulator from Brazil.

It was also rumored two months ago that Sony paid the authors of Cult of the Lamb to keep their game out of the Game Pass. These rumors were soon refuted.
