Microsoft is confident that the British regulator has greatly overestimated the number of Call of Duty fans who will buy Xbox consoles if the corporation makes the franchise exclusive. To prove their point, Microsoft commissioned a study from the independent company YouGov.
The study showed that only 3% of all PlayStation console owners agree to change the console for the sake of Call of Duty. Also, only 10.5% of gamers who call the games of the series one of their favorites are ready to start using Xbox.
Earlier, the British regulator, citing a DJS Research survey, claimed that 15% of Call of Duty fans can switch to Xbox.
