At the end of April, Bloomberg reported that a number of investment companies had expressed interest in buying Ubisoft. Now there is information that the publisher listens to offers, but is in no hurry to conclude a deal.

According to the Seeking Alpha publication (with reference to Dealreporter), Ubisoft intends to wait until its shares start to cost at least €60-70, or better, €100 apiece.

Note that at the moment one Ubisoft share can be bought for €48.3. The last time their cost reached €60 was almost a year ago — on July 7, 2021.
