Chinese giant Tencent has nothing against Microsoft buying Activision Blizzard for $68.7 billion. This is reported by Dealreporter, who has read the responses of Chinese gaming companies to the regional antimonopoly regulator.

The publication did not specify what arguments Tencent brought in favor of the deal.

In early February, the media reported that at least some of China’s gaming companies supported the deal between Microsoft and Activision Blizzard. The exact ratio of supporters and opponents of the deal was not disclosed, but according to Dealreporter, at least one company expressed concern about the purchase.
