Last week VK and the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation released a beta version of the RuStore mobile marketplace. As it turned out, not all developers can add applications to it. For example, individuals and the self-employed were left behind.

TASS told about the restrictions with reference to comments in the RuStore community on VKontakte.

A representative of RuStore, in response to a request from TASS, explained that the presence of a company or sole proprietor is a prerequisite, without which verification is impossible. Also, to register in the developer’s office, you need an enhanced qualified electronic signature (UKEP).
