According to Forbes, a letter with such a request was sent to the department by the association “Domestic Software”, the group of companies “Dom.RF“ and the community of IT managers and specialists.
The organizations indicated that due to the mobilization of employees, IT will be much more difficult for IT companies – up to disruptions – to fulfill state contracts, including state defense orders. In addition, there are already not enough qualified specialists in the industry, and the preparation of new ones can take years.
The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation has not yet commented on the letters.
