Last week, Tripwire Interactive released Killing Floor 3. Despite "mixed" reviews, the shooter showed strong sales on Steam. For the week of July 22-29, it ranked fourth among the top-grossing products on the platform, and if you exclude free-to-play and Steam Deck, it ranked first.
In the overall ranking, Counter-Strike 2 has been leading for almost two months.
This time, the second place went to Steam Deck, whereas last week's position holder, PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS, dropped to third.
Killing Floor 3 is not the only new game in the chart. The Chinese Souls-like Wuchang: Fallen Feathers landed in the eighth position on the overall list, and the multiplayer shooter Wildgate from Blizzard veterans debuted at 13th place. Further down are The King is Watching (31st place), Hell Clock (32nd place), and Mage Arena (39th place).
