More and more IT companies are appearing in Russia. According to “TASS” with reference to the study of the “Business Environment”, in the first quarter of 2023, 13% more IT companies were registered in the country than a year ago. No other segment has achieved such growth.
The researchers noted that the trend for a rapid increase in the number of registrations of IT companies was outlined in 2022. Thanks to this, by the end of the whole year, IT was able to become the fastest growing segment in Russia. The “Business Environment” did not say what this is connected with, but it can be assumed that in Russia they became more willing to open companies after the appearance of new benefits for IT.
