The authorities of the Republic of Ingushetia are preparing to introduce tax incentives for IT companies based in the region. Now they are considering the relevant bills.
What benefits will IT companies be able to claim:
▪️zero income tax rate*;
▪️reduction of the simplified taxation rate;
▪️some other benefits not related to taxes.
The republic is also building the first IT park in Ingushetia. It should be launched before 2030. On its creation by the authorities with the support of JSC “Kavkaz.Russia” allocated 800 million rubles.
*The zero rate for accredited IT companies is valid throughout the country until the end of 2024.
