The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has published its decision on the deal between Microsoft and Activision Blizzard. He concluded that the purchase would not reduce competition in the country’s gaming market.

The agency indicated that the companies own a small share of the local market. In addition, neither Microsoft nor Activision Blizzard launched cloud gaming services in Ukraine, so the concerns expressed by British and European regulators “are not relevant for assessing the impact of the transaction on the dynamics of competition in Ukraine.”
