The head of Activision Blizzard, Bobby Kotick, will continue to lead the company. He will be its CEO at least until the end of 2023.
"I've been saying for a long time that I'm ready to help with the transition [of Activision Blizzard to Microsoft]. Phil Spencer asked me to stay on as CEO, reporting to him, and we agreed that I would do this until the end of 2023. We are both looking forward to working together on the smooth integration of our teams and players," Kotick said in a letter to employees.
