At the end of March, the court rejected the lawsuit of gamers from the United States who tried to prevent Microsoft from buying Activision Blizzard. Three weeks later, they again decided to oppose the deal and filed a new version of the lawsuit.
According to Reuters, in the amended lawsuit, gamers included data from Microsoft’s internal documents and information provided to them by Sony.
A Microsoft spokesman said the lawsuit cites “unfounded and implausible claims about the impact of the deal on competition.” He stressed that thanks to the deal, Activision Blizzard games will become available to more people.
