Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin announced this during a speech to the participants of the Leaders of Russia contest. According to him, such a figure could be seen on SIM cards.
Mishustin stressed that the authorities are trying to respond promptly to emerging problems. In particular, they made the decision to support the IT industry “as soon as the first information appeared that our specialists began to leave.”
