  • On June 8, the company also announced the purchase of DogHelm Studios, the developers of the Streets of Rogue roguelike.
  • The transaction amount may amount to $6.5 million.In the current financial year, tinyBuild intends to adhere to the chosen strategy of launching new IP, expanding through M&A transactions and entering new markets.

The company has six titles scheduled for release in the coming months. All this, according to the board of directors, will help to increase financial performance.
