A public gaming company from Australia is in talks to buy Israeli developer Plarium. The price of the issue is a transfer of $900 million, plus $500 million for future results.

This is reported by Globes with reference to the Israeli publication Yediot Ahronot.

The only question is: which developer from Australia can afford this?

Plarium, first of all, is well known as a developer of hardcore strategies for social and mobile platforms. Her portfolio includes games such as Vikings: War of Clans, Sparta: War of Empires, Stormfall and Total Domination.

Now the company is trying itself in the market of casual projects. In March of this year, Plarium released Rio: Match-3 Party, three-in-a-row based on the cartoon of the same name by the Fox film company.

The total number of downloads of Plarium games totals 250 million.

The headquarters of Plarium is located in the city of Herzliya. The company also has divisions in Russia, Ukraine, the USA and the UK. In total, the developer has 1100 employees.
