Over the five years of the existence of the Doodle series (Doodle God, Devil, Kingdom and Creatures) has gained more than 160 million downloads and earned the creators about $ 10 million.
This was recently reported in the official Russian-language blog of Microsoft, which also reports that one of the reasons for success was the use of Microsoft Azure cloud services, on the basis of which the game engine is built.
The total downloads of the series on Windows platforms amounted to more than 6 million, from which the projects earned more than $ 1 million.
