The revenues of the Finnish company Remedy Entertainment in 2016 reached €16.4 million, and operating profit amounted to €3.9 million.
In comparison with 2015, the company’s revenues increased by almost 20%.
Remedy has earned more money thanks to the new Quantum Break title and financial proceeds from old studio games.
Currently, a Finnish developer is working on a certain P7 project and is developing a sequel to the online shooter CrossFire together with the publisher of the original game, the Korean company Smilegate.
In addition, at the beginning of April of this year, the Board of Directors of Remedy was replenished with new faces: it included the CEO of Unity Technologies Finland Oy Jussi Laakkonen and the founder of the investment company Accendo Capital Henri Osterlund (Henri Österlund).
