Last year’s losses were attributed by Rovio’s management to the company’s “large investments in future success.” In other words, in the future projects of the Finnish gaming giant.
At the moment, the company is gradually withdrawing from related markets, focusing on gaming. The company received 80% of its revenues (€113.6 million) over the past year from its gaming business. Last year, the gaming business brought the company €3.6 million less.
