The mobile online golf Golf Clash of the British studio Playdemic earned $1.1 million in one day on July 4 of this year.
According to BusinessCloud, after the success of the title, the developer studio expects to earn more than $100 million on Golf Clash this year.
Playdemic CEO Paul Gouge called the studio’s result “a solid achievement.”
He said that 60% of the Golf Clash gaming audience is in the USA, and record game sales coincided with the American Independence Day, which apparently reflected the festive mood of the players from The United States.
Playdemic is also known for such mobile titles as Village Life and Gang Nations. Since February 2017, the British studio has been owned by the American company TT Games, which, in turn, is owned by the Warner Bros. Corporation.
