The capitalization of the Swedish mobile developer MAG Interactive according to the results of the IPO amounted to $ 137 million. MAG Interactive began the procedure of entering the stock exchange last week.

The company has put up for auction 4.5 million new shares, which will generate approximately $23.5 million in gross revenue and $21.6 million in net revenue.

Didner companies became the key shareholders of MAG & Gerge Fonder, Handelsbanken Fonder, RAM ONE, Chalex and Swedbank Robur Fonder. They bought $27 million worth of shares and collectively own 20% of all studio securities.

As previously reported, MAG Interactive intended to raise the IPO to $68 million.

According to the company’s management, MAG Interactive will direct the proceeds to further development.
