Electronic Arts will allocate $500 million over 10 years to develop game development in the Canadian province of Quebec.

According to a press release from the Quebec government, Electronic Arts will create 500 jobs over 10 years, allocating $500 million in appropriations for these purposes. EA also intends to develop an infrastructure that the entire community of computer game developers can use.

EA has been developing games in the Quebec capital of Montreal since 2004.
