Over the year, the mobile revenues of Nexters, a company founded by immigrants from Russia, have grown more than tenfold. If in October 2018 she earned a little more than $ 700 thousand, then in October 2019 the company has already generated $ 10 million.
This is reported by the analytical service DataMagic. According to him, Nexters’ mobile revenue has been growing rapidly since January 2019. Almost every month, the company’s earnings increased by a million dollars.

Such rapid growth is provided solely by the revenue of the cartoon battler Hero Wars (in Russia, the game is known as “Chronicles of Chaos”).
The latter is the ideological heir of the Chinese game Heroes Charge, released by uCool in 2014.
Hero Wars was originally developed for social platforms. In 2016, she came out, including in VKontakte, where by the end of the year she had gained an audience of 860 thousand users.
At the end of the same year, the game appeared on mobile platforms. Since the release of the product, revenue has been constantly growing. However, not at such a high rate as over the past year. For example, from September 2017 to September 2018, the income of Hero Wars increased “only” by $ 149 thousand.
The current rapid growth of turnover of both the company and the product began in the summer of 2018. It coincided with the purchase of part of the company by the Buchman brothers. The founders of Playrix bought out the shares of two of the four founders of Nexters.
In an interview with the YouTube channel “Russian norms!” this September, the brothers admitted that they were very happy with the deal. According to them, Nexters has grown more than three times since the investment.
