The Chinese publisher 37 Interactive reported financial results last year: the total turnover of the company amounted to $761.9 million, and revenue from mobile games reached $147.2 million, an increase of 978%.

A particular success for 37 Interactive was the Blades & Rings game, which earned $45.7 million in the first month after its release, mainly due to the Chinese audience.

Blades & Rings was a browser-based strategy adapted to the mobile platform. The success of the title prompted 37 Interactive to port more PC games to phones and tablets.
Also last year, 37 Interactive acquired game studios Mokun Technology and Zhiming Network for $198.1 million.
