The most popular search query in the USA on iOS in October was the word Stop, and in Russia – Sandbox. What other mobile search queries related to games were popular in the territories of the USA and Russia – read in our joint material with AdvertMobile.
TOPS OF THE MOST POPULAR GAMING QUERIES IN THE USA
Query tops vary greatly from month to month. Some people are running out of an advertising campaign, while others, on the contrary, are reaching a peak. For this reason, the rotation is very strong.
For example, there is only one old–timer in the top of the most popular iPad requests in the USA. We are talking about Pixel Gun 3D, which is the eponymous game from Russian developers. All other positions are occupied by requests, which were not in September.
The most popular gaming query last month on the iPhone is the word Stop. According to him, as a rule, there was a Brazilian word game Stop – Categories Word Game.
Despite the success in the output, the game did not achieve high positions in downloads. Its top position for downloads in the US in the overall app chart was 154 last month.
The word Sandbox appeared aggressively in the top of gaming queries, according to which The Sandbox Evolution from the American PIXOWL was located in the first place. By purchasing search traffic for the game, the company decided to support two game updates last month, which were released by the game in October.
Also in October, the Sniper Arena request was raised high: Lithuanian Nordcurrent conducted a large advertising campaign Sniper Arena: Online PvP Game in the second half of the month.
TOPS OF THE MOST POPULAR GAMING QUERIES IN RUSSIA
Russian query tops are traditionally very different from American ones. The only exception in October was the word Sandbox, which Russian iPhone and iPad users also actively requested from the search engine store.
High in the top was also the word Rider, the most popular query in Russia last month.
If we talk about the difference between iPhone and iPad issues, then in Russia on tablets there are more requests leading to conditionally hardcore projects, like Hearthstone and World of Tanks, and on smartphones projects with lower entry thresholds and a short session.
