Unity spoke in detail about the work of a new toolkit that allows the company’s engine to create two-dimensional games in the shortest possible time.

Unity Technologies uploaded one of the video presentations from the Unite 2013 conference to the Network. The video is dedicated to the 2D editor, which will be available in Unity 4.3.

Recall that last week developers were offered its beta version, which supports rendering, physics and processing of 2D games.

In the video below, Tomas Jakubauskas and Juha Kiili gave a detailed overview of the available tools, as well as the results that developers can now achieve when creating two-dimensional projects.
