Rovio has released free-to-play racing games on the world market under the Angry Birds brand.
We managed to get acquainted with the game (just a little bit, really). We liked it.
There are four worlds in the game. In the first, as we understood, there are only two tracks. Each can be played in five modes. Four of them have their own progress bar. Filling them in may give access to the next track.
There are coins and crystals on the tracks. Coins and crystals are also given out for the successful completion of the tracks. The first are spent on upgrades and the purchase of cars. Crystals – for the purchase of additional power-up. Cool cars are only sold for real money.
The track we met is quite small. It is completed, on average, in 30 seconds. It can be assumed that the length of sessions is unlikely to be longer.
At the moment we see only three problems:
- there is no tutorial explaining how the user can open the following worlds;
- it is unclear how much cool cars cost, they are simply offered to buy them, and then grab their heads because of their high cost;
- the number of tracks is small, the need to pass each 18 times can lead to the fact that users will quickly get tired of the game.
And you have already played, what do you think?
