The Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation has announced its intention to release its own mobile application in the near future.
As reported in the official press release of the Prosecutor General’s Office, “universal applications for Android and iPhone mobile platforms containing access to the services of the website of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation will be put into effect for mobile device users.” The intrigue for which devices the application will still be available remains.
RIA Novosti and Vedomosti interpreted as a “typo” that part of the text that refers to Android, suggesting that the application will be available only for smartphones.
The Prosecutor General’s Office itself creates applications in order to inform citizens about its news and scheduled inspections.
Recall that, unlike the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation, Gillette, KFC or Jack Daniels still do not have their mobile applications.
