It’s already official: Apple has sent out an invitation to the iPad 3 announcement. It will take place on March 7. Along with the announcement, the first image of the future tablet appeared.
So, the rumors about the event dedicated to the new Apple device turned out to be true. Tonight it became known that it will begin in San Francisco on March 7 at 22.00 Moscow time.
A small photo of the future device was attached to the press release announcing this news (you can see it just above). Judging by it, the iPad 3 has a new resolution, and, perhaps, much larger than the one assumed by numerous sources of 2048×1536 pixels. Moreover, the new tablet will not have the usual Home button.
