So far, these changes have been announced only in the section for customers from the USA. Nevertheless, rumors about the full-fledged work of PayPal in Runet are becoming more obvious. It is possible that withdrawal of funds to Russian banks will become available soon. At the moment, Russian users can only top up their PayPal account.

In absentia, these data were confirmed by the Russian branch of eBay. As stated last week by the head of the Russian representative office of eBay, Vladimir Dolgov, while the company is limited by the functionality of the PayPal payment system. But eBay does not intend to cooperate with other systems and will wait for the full functionality of PayPal to become available to Russian users.
